Permission Slip for "Mask of Zorro"

Dear Parents,
I would like to show a few movies this year that are rated PG-13.  The first that I would like to show is “The Mask of Zorro”.  It is important that students understand what life was like in California/Mexico at that time period.  It is instrumental in learning about the culture of Mexico before it was established as an independent country in this territory.  I would also like to show a couple of clips from some soap operas that are rated for TV as PG - 13.  The content that they would be watching is appropriate for students.  In the soap operas they would listen to more of a standard way of speaking.  I need your permission to allow you child to watch the movie/TV show in class.  Please email me to let me know if you will allow your child to watch the movie/TV show in class.
